Sangram Singh's 'go vegans' call to students

Sangram Singh
The world knows how talented and fit the wrestler Sangram Singh is. And the guy gives the credit of his good health to his vegetarian eating habits. Recently, Sangram was also announced as the World’s Best Vegetarian Wrestler by the International Vegetarian Union. And spreading the goodness of being a vegan, the wrestler turned actor recently visited Anna University on the occasion of World Veg Fest 2014. Talking on the same Sangram shared, “It was a very interesting and innovative experience for me. Firstly, since students there were not comfortable with Hindi or English, I had a translator who was explaining whatever I spoke. It was quite a different experience for me, but overall I think I managed to tell them the importance of having a vegetarian diet.” Sangram surely had a successful time as he quipped, “There were around 30,000 students in the meet and more than half of them took an oath that they would turn vegetarians. I was overwhelmed by the love they had for me even though people down south are not really into TV. It was overall a life changing experience as I have never taken the job of motivating people at such a large scale.” Way to go Sangram!!!
