In its endeavour to increase its primetime slot, from the earlier 7:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Zee Marathi will air Avaghachi Sansar from 22 May. The show will replace <em>Home Minister</em> at 7:30 pm, which will now be aired at 6:30 pm.
The show, starring Amruta Subhash deals with the life of a simple girl who has to face a lot of travails because of her principles. Amruta plays the lead, <em>Asavari</em> who is torn between her principles and her family after her marriage. The story talks about how <em>Asavari</em> stands strong despite many obstacles.

The show has been produced by Shashank Solanki who is also the producer of popular Marathi show, Wadal Vaat. The show will be directed by veteran director, Mandar Devsthali who has been part of many shows including, Abhalmaya. The title song of the show as well as the screenplay and dialogues have been penned by Rohini Ninawe, while the title song has been sung by Devki Pandit. The music director of the show is Ashok Patki.
The starcast includes, Kadambari Kadam, Vihang Nayak and Suhita Thathe.
