Some of the most revered Pakistan artists will be seen on the Zindagi screen with Bezubaan. Shehryar Munawar Siddiqui (who was previously seen on Zindagi Gulzar Hai & Kahi Unkahi) will portray the emotional character of Arooj while Alishba Yousuf will be seen in the role of Arifa. Besides this, Sarwat Gilani, Mohib Mirza, Behroze Sabzwari and Bushra Ansari will also be seen playing pivotal characters.
