Nigaar Khan takes a break from Kasamh Se

Nigaar Khan rose to fame as the vicious Barnali in Zee's <em> Kasamh Se</em>. The latest about the show is that Barnali's track has been put on a backburner for the time being. So, when we quizzed the actor about the same she said, "Yeah it is a fact that my character in <em> Kasamh Se</em> has taken a back seat for now. I may or may not be part of the project depending upon what the production house decides. So, far I have not been informed of any development on that front"

So, when we quizzed the actor about the same she said, "Yeah it is a fact that my character in Kasamh Se has taken a back seat for now. I may or may not be part of the project depending upon what the production house decides. So, far I have not been informed of any development on that front" Nigaar is happily enjoying the break period and loves to be at home for a change.She is anxiously waiting for Christmas and New Years eve to arrive. "I am not a party animal and love to be in the close company of select friends. And that's my plan for the new years too." Recounting her experience of being part of the show she adds "Though I had a great time on Kasamh Se, I am happy to get a break at the moment. Most actors are not very fortunate to get such break periods especially during this season when there are many occasions to celebrate". The actor is also known for her "Item number" image, though she feels the term is derogatory. She would not mind doing such acts again "if it is less about the skin and more about the song."
