Will Sony retain Krishnaben Khakhrawala?

Krishnaben Khakhrawala was reported to go off air on September 23 but later it got a week’s extension. Now its last date of telecast is September 29. However, if things work well then the channel will retain the show and it will be aired on a different time slot. A source informs, “Krishnaben…failed to climb up on the TRP chart hence the channel decided to pull it off air. However the show got a week’s extension and Rajan Shahi’s Kuch To Log Kahenge is to replace it from October 3. But there are chances of the show being retained and aired on a different time slot. The production house is trying hard to retain the show as it has a unique concept.” We contacted producer Asit Modi who said, “Yes, September 29 is the last telecast date of Krishnaben… for now but we are trying to retain it. It’s a good brand and we are hoping for the best.”
