Parikshit Sahni to produce two new shows

Talented actor, director and producer Parikshit Sahni needs no special introduction. He has not only made a mark in the industry courtesy his absorbing performances, but he has also turned into a successful producer and director under the banner of Balraj Sahani Productions. The gifted thespian is all set to launch two new shows on Doordarshan and will soon be seen in K Venkatesh’s new project Meri Maa in a meaty role. Sahni has been motivated to launch newer projects after the success of his series ‘Lal Kothi Alvida’. And the two shows that he is working on for a DD launch are Firangi and Khoj, while he has also approached Sahara One with some innovative new subjects. Apparently, the filming for the pilot of Khoj is slated to start next week. When contacted Sahni was optimistic and confident about his new forays. "Yes, I am very excited as the subjects are very fresh and new and I am just hoping for the best.” We wish him all the best too!!!
