Big Magic's Akbar Birbal gets a new production house?

News from the sets of Big Magic’s Akbar Birbal.

Tellychakkar.com has learnt that the show has seen a change of hands in terms of the production house.

The serial was helmed by Sagar Pictures till date but now the reins of the serial have been handed over to Contiloe.

Contiloe currently produces shows like Maharana Pratap, Ashoka, Adaalat, among others.

One of our sources shared: “Meenakshi Sagar (producer at Sagar Pictures), wants to breathe easy a bit. She doesn’t want to handle too many shows at a given time. Currently she wants to focus on Zee TV’s Jamai Raja.”

We tried to reach Meenakshi for a comment but she remained out of reach.

Producer Abhimanyu Singh (Contiloe) did not respond to our text till the time of filing the article.
