5 Life Lessons We Can Learn From Nisha Aur Uske Cousins

Life Lessons We Can Learn From Nisha Aur Uske Cousins

After a tremendous response to our life lessons story of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, we bring you yet another article on similar lines.

Star Plus' Nisha Aur Uske Cousins (NAUC) by Bodhi Tree Pictures has definitely brought youth drama on the forefront. Catering to the young minds and older audiences equally, the show became a huge hit!

Starring Aneri Vajani, Mishkat Varma and Taher SM in the leads, NAUC taught us some important life lessons, apart from entertaining us with its dramatic content! Take a look:

Cousins are your first friends

This show taught us that our cousins are our first friends! While growing up, before even going to school, our
cousins are the only constant support for us. Friends become a part of our lives in school or college, but cousins are definitely for lifetime.

'Speaking up' is really important

We know how shocking childhood incidents can scar one completely, but this show threw a new light on this theory. Be it Nisha being hauled by some miscreant in school or Jwala being almost molested by her teacher, the girls showed courage and spoke about it in public to overcome their fears and find a new confidence within themselves!

Family helps you overcome all losses

Family is our immense strength as they help us fight every issue. Though the importance of family is projected on every TV show, NAUC brought out beauty of an urban family with its mixture of love, heartbreak, and divorce.

Love happens unexpectedly

Love is a great feeling and it hits you when you least expect it. This show is testimony to that as Nisha fell in love with Viraj, or when Nisha and Kabir found love in each other's friendship or now when Viraj has realized his love for her. It all happened suddenly, adding drama to the show and of course, making viewers fall in love with the feeling of love itself.

Dreams can be fulfilled with passion and grit

Apart from uplifting us emotionally, NAUC also imbibed in us the value of passion and hard work to achieve our dreams. When Nisha took it upon herself to reopen Viraj's shooting academy, it seemed like a failed ambition, but with her cousin brigade, she managed to achieve it. And now Nisha's father, who recently decided to give up on his cushy family business to fulfill his dreams of being a singer, gave a new hope to all of us who would want to make it big in life.

Do you agree with us? Add more to the list or tell us what you have learned from the show!
