The newly wedded couple of Bollywood, Shahid and Mira Kapoor, might not have even made plans for their honeymoon yet, what with Sasha working around the clock. But that hasn’t stopped us from drumming up a list of five places the duo can head to…take a look:
Greece:
What if the two couldn’t get hitched in the most vintage country in the world, they can sure make it their honeymoon destinations. The stunning beaches, quirky houses and a rich history make this place a must-visit. The two could also indulge in yummy delicacies while not bothering about the paparazzi. What say?
Turkey:
Another one of those mystical and endearing countries in the world, Turkey offers a wide range of fun options! From binging on freshly brewed coffee to having a range of kebabs (veg, of course) to sipping on delightful local beer and wandering through the bustling streets hand-in-hand, there’s a lot the two lovebirds can do.
Croatia:
It might not be a conventional honeymoon destination, but it sure has its own appeal. The Adriatic Sea coast is a magnificent place to relax, as are tiny islands dotted along the coast. The tropical climate may be bit of a downer, but the scenic locales will more than make up for that!
Alaska:
One of the most delightful US states, this cosy getaway will make for a dramatic change from the chaos of Mumbai. It’s a tourism hotbed and offers a wide variety of food and nightlife options. And of course, who can forget the famous Baked Alaska dessert?
Bulgaria:
The cultural melting pot has a vibrant heritage, colourful traditions, and yummy food. It’s also peppered with quaint beaches, luscious locations, and a bohemian nightlife! Who wouldn’t want to head to this place? Also, Bollywood has just discovered this place for shoots so nobody would harass Mr and Mrs Kapoor.
