Actress Abha Parmar is happy and relieved that she has finally managed to get back to work!!
Yes, we are saying so, because the lady had been in the bed sometime last month after having a fall that hurt her right knee very badly.
Says Parmar, “I was shooting for an advertisement last month when I tripped and fell. The doctor had advised me to take rest for a month or so. It was my bad luck that I was offered some pretty good roles in the interim, and I could not grab it up. I am now glad to be entering Rajan Shahi’s show on Star Plus, Tere Sheher Mein. I am more excited because this is the first opportunity I get to work with the acclaimed production house.”
Parmar who is from Gwalior will be trying her hand at speaking a Bundelkhandwi dialect for the very first time. “Yes, it is a challenge for me as I have never tried such a dialect before. But I don’t think it is difficult too, considering that I have had a grip of the dialect in my theatre days.”
Abha Parmar will be playing the bua of Ramashrey (Rafi Malik) on the show.
Also, it feels like getting back to her family for Abha who is even today known for her cute and bubbly role in the Star Plus hit show, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. “Yes working with Star Plus is a joy, as we have had good old memories.”
All the best, Abha!!
