Birthdays are a new start; fresh beginnings, a time to start new endeavours with new goals!
Here are some of the talented TV celebs Karanvir Bohra (Qubool Hai), Nikita Sharma (Do Dil Ek Jaan), Shilpa Shinde (Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai) and Varun Kapoor (Swaragini), who are celebrating their birthday today (28 August).

Karanvir quipped, “I am throwing a big party for all my friends. Last night Qubool Hai team surprised me; it was great fun to meet them all. Teejay (Sidhu) is also planning a surprise so I am eagerly waiting for it.”
Nikita averred, “Today I am shooting and later in the evening will dine with my family. My mom has specially come to meet me and made my day special. I have been receiving a lot of gift from my friends. I am being pampered by all my closed ones. My dream birthday would be in Paris.”
Shilpa shared, “I never celebrate my birthday. As we have an off on Friday so I am just relaxing at home. My birthday is always around Ganesh Chaturthi and Janmashthmi so amidst these celebration, I never make efforts to make the day special.”
Varun remained unavailable for comment.
