Birju re-creates SRK’s Darr act in Mitwa

Just as we thought that Bela (Tanvi Bhatia) will sacrifice her love Birju (Mohit Malhotra) to repay the sacrifice made by her parents whilst bringing her up, by marrying Bhanu (Kapil Soni), the track of Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke now has a new twist in the offing for the viewers. Tips a source, “Bela was all set to run away with Birju but she overhears an altercation between her father (Manav Vij) and her grandfather Mamchand (Shabaz Khan). It is through this war of words does she come to know the amount of pain her parents have taken to bring her up as Mamchand was always against the birth of daughters in the family. She then decides to sacrifice her love for her parents and agrees to marry Bhanu (Kapil Soni). Bela also tells Birju that she has no love lost for him and thus leaving him lovelorn. But Birju who doesn’t want to give up on his love so easily seeks inspiration from Shah Rukh Kan’s act in Darr and barges in Bela’s house as a part of the group of folk dancers and demands an explanation from her. This track will air next week.” When contacted Mohit refused to divulge much except, “I would request all my fans to watch the show in the coming weeks as its going to offer major surprises. I am sure people are going to love the performances.” Well let’s see if Mohit’s emulation of SRK from Darr gets paid off and he manages to win his lady love unlike what happened in the movie.
