The ‘jigar da tukda’Vishal Singh of Saath Nibhana Saathiya may be a Punjabi but he enjoys the festivity of Ganpati with full fervor.
Sharing details of his association with Ganpati, the actor quipped, “This is going to be my third year that I will host Ganpati at my place. Being from Punjab, I never got a chance to enjoy the festival. When I moved to Mumbai, I started loving the feel of the atmosphere. My friends had pooja at their home and seeing them enjoy so much, I decided to get Ganpati home too. I love the aartis and positive energies around the celebration.”
Sharing about the theme of the festivities, Vishal said, “We have kept the background in white and the Bappa is in neon bright colour. The setting is simple yet you can feel an instant connect. I have also got flowers and lights to adorn the area.”
The five days celebration also has the good looking actor enjoying his favourite mithai. “I drool over kaju katli wala modak and relish them so during Ganesh Chaturthi.”
