First and foremost, your intention to be fit should be strong. No laziness.

Put your efforts and push yourself.

Take care of what are you eating. Eat right, work out right and sleep right.

Without patience and time, don’t expect accomplishment in your goals. Have patience and calm yourself down.

You should have proper information about the exercises that you are doing in the gym.
