She is an epitome of beauty, grace and dignity. She is young yet intelligent, she is flamboyant yet restrained. One look at her and Cupid gets busy sharpening his arrows. You cannot help but fall in love with the diva called Radhika Madan.
Enchanting masses with her character Ishani in the very popular Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi (Colors and Balaji Telefilms), Radhika went on to win the coveted Indian Telly Awards (in its 14th edition) in the Best Fresh Face (Female) category.
Bravo!!!
Radhika is stunning and there is no guessing where she gets her good looks from.
Her mom, Neeru Madan, is equally beautiful, elegant and charming. And the two share a very special relationship.
“My mom is my best friend. We are like buddies. We even share our wardrobes (smiles). She rarely behaves like a mom. She keeps teasing me about my love life, which is not there. She is always there for me. I remember once I was feeling low and wanted to shop to cheer up. And guess what? She took me all the way to London to shop. It was crazy but amazing,” beamed Radhika.
So do they get into cute fights on and off? “Of course we do. I get irritated so many times. But end of the day it’s all about love and respect for each other.”
Radhika and her mom spend a lot of time together. They watch movies, go shopping, go partying and what not. So cool, we say!!!
“We chill, gossip and spend quality time together. It’s great fun,” she added.
When we asked her about emotional mom-daughter relationship videos, much like Cello’s Main Aur Maa campaign, she shared, “Though I am not overtly emotional, yet such initiatives move me. My mother is very emotional and she loves watching such videos.”
Radhika, we wish you and your mother a blissful life ahead.
