Young lad Rohan Mehra is in demand and is now being rewarded for the hard work he has put in as an actor!!
Well, Rohan as we know, has been at his entertaining best in the role of Naksh in Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Recently, the news of Rohan being one of the participants of the upcoming dance reality series, Nach Baliye hit headlines.. Yes, with it came out the fact that the actor has been in love for quite some time with his Uvaa co-star, Yukti Kapoor.
And now we hear that Rohan is on Cloud Nine after winning a prestigious award at the Kalakar Awards, held in Kolkata recently.
For the uninitiated, Kalakar Awards is one of the leading awards ceremony conducted in the East. It honours the best of talents in cinema and television.
And Rohan we hear, won the award for the Best Rising Actor held few days back.
When contacted, an elated Rohan told us, “It is an amazing feeling to get an award early in the year. Last year I got the Favorite Naya Sadasya Award at the Star Parivaar Awards. And now to bag this at the Kalakar Awards is indeed huge for me. I hope that I get many more as the year goes by..”
