Shocking news is pouring from the glamours town of Mumbai, Goregaon. Savdhan India actress and a Marathi starlet, along with a ramp model were arrested in a bust that's shocked the industry, a news site has reported.
A source close to the site has said, "The arrest took place outside the mall in Goregaon (East) Mumbai. I had received a tip about the racket and so I posed as a pimp, with the help of police we laid a trap. I was in contact with the real pimps Saira and Ashraf aka Aman Verma, who were supposed to collect us with the actresses and the models. There after along with Social Service Branch we laid a successful trap and got hold of them.”
The actresses reportedly charged anywhere between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1 Lakh and their pictures have been circulated to their clientele via social media, the site added.
The source further said, "One of the victims is a television actress, who has acted in a reality crime show Savdhan India. The second one is not so known Marathi actress and the third one is a ramp model.” When the site contacted Police Inspector Ravi Adane of Dindoshi Police Station, he confirmed the raid and said, "Yes, the raid took place last night. The case has been registered and the victims have been taken to the court.”
