He’s not called a perfectionist just for the sake of it…after all, he’s one of the most interesting Khans of Bollywood. Aamir, with his hard-hitting roles and chameleon-type ability to soak into his characters, he’s one of the most talented superstars of our times. As he gears up to make a dhamaka once again, we take a look at five of his incredible transformations for movie roles. Read on:
Dangal:
Playing a real life wrestler, the actor had to beef up for the young version, while he had to go out of shape to play the mature, adult variant. Needless to say, he’s putting in his hundred per cent to give us another blockbuster this year.
Ghajini:
The actor once again played pre and post characters that totally reinforced our faith in hard work and brilliance. From a suave businessman to a revenge-seeking madman, he switched between a lean man and a bulky patient, and how! Salute.
3 Idiots:
In order to convincingly play a collegian, he lost a bunch of weight and also worked on his body language. The fact that the movie raked in big bucks at the BO is proof enough of the actor’s tremendous acting abilities.
PK:
Another role, another effortless transformation. Aamir’s alien act earned him many fans as he looked and behaved the part. When his ripped body was on full display, he walked away with many a brownie points!
Mangal Pandey:
The Rising- As the daring freedom fighter, Aamir not only toned his body, but also sported a distinct body language that soldiers are famous for. Also, who can forget his majestic moustache?
This man is something...don't you think so???
