Bong actors and the 'evil' they would burn this Diwali

Diwali is a festival of lights. Lights symbolize positivity. On this occasion, people decorate their homes with lamps and Diya. 

In the celebration of Diwali, crackers too play an important role. People purchase varieties of crackers and burn them with joy. 

Tellychakkar.com got in touch with a few Bengali actors to know that given a chance what is that one thing they would like to burn with crackers and demolish from earth.

Shampa Banerjee: On Diwali, I would like to burn the practice of burning loud crackers because these loud sounds are really a nightmare for dogs, birds and other animals. Thousands of birds die on Diwali because of these loud sounds. Diwali is a festival of lights…let's enlighten our world, our hearts, and stop harming other animals and mother Earth.

Raja Ghosh: I would like to burn all those people who create violence in our society.

Arpita Mondal: I wish it was possible to burn and eliminate the darkness from people’s lives. On this occasion, I pray to the Almighty that the lamp with its light remove darkness and all the evil things from every home.  

Rukma Roy: I wouldn’t like to burn crackers. People should avoid crackers as they create sound pollution.

Uday Pratap Singh: I would like to burn Hafiz Saeed and demolish triple talaq.
