Rajeev Singh, the winner of Gladrags Super Model in the year 2000 will soon be back on TV!!
The model turned actor who was an integral part of Zee TV’s show Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya has now been roped in for Nivedita Basu’s upcoming show on &TV under her banner, The House of Originals.
Titled Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, the show will have Abhishek Malik, Sonali Nikam and Rohit Suchanti in lead roles. We recently wrote about seasoned actress Himani Shivpuri being part of the show. The story will be about a marriage that will take place in very different circumstances.
We hear that Rajeev Singh has been roped in to play father to the male lead, Abhishek Malik.
As per sources, “Rajeev will play a very rich and modern guy. He will be a prime character in the story telling.”
When contacted, Rajeev confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am part of the show. However it is too early to speak about it. Let the right time come.”
We hear that the show will go on floor in a fortnight.
