Kajol Srivastava, who is presently seen in Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Productions), is a complete foodie and can eat and relish any food given to her!!
Wow, must say, this is a prized attribute to possess!!
Kajol craves for parathas and sandwiches for her breakfast, and wants to have channa or chaat or bhel as her mid-day snacks. For lunch, she usually loves to have chicken with roti and chawal. This usually is followed up with biscuits for evening snacks. Kajol also loves to hog on pani puri whenever she feels like. In fruits, Kajol loves mangoes, and prefers to have at least two of them on a given day if the fruit is available. From the typical North Indian cuisine to the South Indian style, Kajol loves every food that she comes across!! She also has a sweet tooth, and gets irresistible when she sees brownies.
The best part for Kajol is that none of the food she eats ever affects her body!!
Truly blessed, we must say!!
Says Kajol, “The advantages of being a foodie are that you get to taste all types of food. Above all, you will never be hungry if you are a foodie. For me, I never have any time to go to the gym. I never indulge in exercises. Even if I am eating round the clock, I never need to bother about weight issues because I make sure I never sit. I am always walking around, doing something or the other.”
Being a North Indian, Kajol cannot think of any food that is devoid of oil and spice. But what makes her home-cooked food healthy, nutritious at the same time delicious is something that Kajol wants to share with us.
So here are the tips to a typical foodie coming from a foodie herself!!
It is fine if you want to hog on a lot of food. But try to eat hygienic food if you are eating out.
If you are cooking at home, please make sure that your food is cooked in olive oil or rice bran oil, as it has fewer calories.
If you have eaten too much, then just don’t sit at one place. Keep yourself on a walking mode, irrespective of what you are doing.
Drink plenty of water so that whatever you have eaten gets digested in quick time.
Awesome!! This seems to be the tips to look forward to... Great going, girl!!
