Casting Directors Karan Kapoor and Gaurav Dhir’s newly formed company ‘Create Magic Entertainment’ aims to serve as a casting agency and also manage actors and handle their work!!
Their partnership has now blossomed further with one of the leading Creative Directors Imran Mir joining hands with them as the Creative Consultant.
Confirming this development, Karan told us, “We (Karan and Gaurav) have worked previously on a number of projects with Imran who has worked at Balaji Telefilms Ltd. and at various media houses. We happened to share our ideas with him about the growth of our firm, and requested him to come on board.”
Imran Mir also confirmed the association with Karan and Gaurav stating, “I have worked on numerous projects with Karan and Gaurav and I know them at a personal level. Casting has become a very important creative process and it is no longer restricted to taking and supplying auditions. I want to help them acquire the best of talent from across the country and together we intend to venture into various other media related activities.”

The company has already started spreading wings as it organized the screening of the English film ‘Arrival’ on 22 November at Infinity Mall, Andheri West where they had invited all the reputed TV actors. The event was a roaring success.
We hear that actors who were present at the screening included Vikas Bhalla, Gopi Bhalla, Khalid Siddiqui, Vipul Roy, Girish Sahdev, Resham Tipnis, Akshay Dogra, Mahima Makwana, Jay Soni, Jaswant Manaria, Imran Khan, Vimrash Roshan, Pooja Gor, Raj Singh Arora, Hunar Halli, Mayank Gandhi, Binny Sharma and Akshat Gupta.
