&TV’s Queens Hain Hum is enthralling audience with its bold and mature content. The maker (Silver Ivory Productions) of the show has followed a very different storyline since the beginning of the series.
Now, the daily will reveal that Shaily Priya Pandey’s character Jhanvi is a lesbian.
As per a source, Jhanvi’s parents will force her to get married. However, she won’t be able to tell them that she is a lesbian. She will agree for the nuptial but will get her assistant Kinjal (Prarthi Dholakia) married to the guy.
When the queens will question Jhanvi about her move, she will lie to them that she doesn’t want to get married ever.
While homosexuality is a less spoken about issue in the country, the show believes in highlighting it.
Talking about essaying a gay character on-screen, Shaily said, “It was indeed a very big challenge because so far no girl has played a gay part on television. I was hesitant initially but I took it as a challenge later.”
