Many Indian celebrities have made yoga a part and parcel of their fitness regimen and reaped its holistic health benefits. The beautiful actress Parull Chaudhry who plays Nilima Bua’s role in Sooraj Barjatya’s latest offering ‘Piyaa Albela’ on Zee TV is also a fitness freak and a Yogi. Parul says she’d learnt Yoga from her father right since she was a kid but took it more seriously once her role model -- the gorgeous Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty - launched her own brand of power yoga videos. Truly inspired to get a body like Shilpa’s, Parul became consistent with her sessions of Yoga. Having been a runner up at a prestigious Megamodel Hunt, Parul has represented India and is a recognized face in the world of Yoga internationally.
Fitness enthusiast Parull Chaudhry’s perfectly toned body is an envy of many. The actress does not have an iota of fat on her arms; her abdomen is amazingly flat and her flawless complexion completely defies her age. Speaking about her journey of fitness, Parul says, “I have been doing yoga since 2003. It started as a new year resolution but I got hooked on to it. I loved how my body transformed and became flexible with each passing week. The glow on the face was an added advantage. My dad has been doing yoga ever since I remember but I only started taking him seriously when I saw my role model Shilpa take to it in a big way. My dad is a yoga teacher now. I am reaping its health benefits too. In fact, I feel happy if I inspire more people to do it. The health benefits are both internal and external. It's like the cleansing and purification of your body and mind. Now I can't think of a single day without yoga.”
In the upcoming episodes, Naren will ask Supriya a lot of questions about life, death and God. When she can’t answer most of them, he will set out to Rishikesh and return only when some of these questions are answered. On the other hand, Pooja promises to bring him back home. Will Pooja be successful in bringing Naren home? Will Naren find all his answers?
