Young and talented actress Ditipriya Roy, who acted in Bengali flicks like Rajkahini and Abosheshey, is playing the title role on Zee Bangla’s new offering Rani Rashmoni.

She might be young but she is gearing up to play a mature character and she finds it quite challenging. “I am playing the role of such a woman who is renowned. Everybody has read about her in history. However, there are many facts about which we are not aware of and while doing the project, we are getting to know a lot about her. And via the serial, we will share the same with the audience,” the pretty girl said like a concerned lady.

Well, we met Ditipriya at the press launch of Rani Rashmoni, and during the conversation, she revealed some interesting facts about her which we have compiled exclusively for our readers. Read on-

She is a class X student. Her favourite subjects are Geography and English. She candidly said that she doesn’t like the science group.

She finds solace in painting. She said, “I love to paint. I am not a trained painter but people say that I am pretty good at it. And when I am sad, it’s my painting copy that I need the most.”

She has lots of pets (doggies) so whenever she is at home she loves to spend time with them.

Washroom is her thinking zone. She said, “Washroom is a place where I love to think a lot.”

She wants to remain an actress when she grows up. She shared, “I love acting so I want to remain in this profession. I want to earn a degree in acting from film institute.”
