Puneet Issar to be seen in &TV’s Paramavatar Shri Krishna
&TV’s popular mythological drama, Paramavatar Shri Krishna has left the audience hooked to their TV screens with stories of natkhat Krishna. Playing an interesting part in the story will be the popular veteran actor and director, Puneet Issar in the role of Jarasandha, a half-born child to King Brihadratha, the then King of Magadh.
Puneet Issar has been a known face in many TV serials and movies in the entertainment industry. Having known the importance of every role, he feels extremely delighted on playing the powerful role of Jarasandha. Talking more about his role, Puneet Issar said, “I usually do television in breaks and prefer to take a role that would excite or challenge me. Every character that I have done till now has really been an exciting one. It’s been a while since I have done a mythological show and I am really excited to play the role of Jarasandha. It’s going to be a fascinating and challenging role.”

The story of the most loved god, ‘Vighnaharta Ganesh’ telecasted by Sony Entertainment Television has won hearts across audiences and has crossed the landmark number of 200 episodes. Produced by Contiloe Pictures Pvt. Ltd. ‘Vighnaharta Ganesh’ is the first Indian television show to use motion capture technology to display a wide number of special effects to highlight a realistic mythological look for the entire ensemble to capture viewer attention. Going forward, from 4th June 2018 onwards, the show will be telecasted at a new timeslot of 7.30 pm every Monday to Friday on Sony Entertainment Television.
