MUMBAI: TellyChakkar was the first to break the news about hunky actor Arunoday Singh signing Gurinder Chadha's Beecham House

A day later, British media was flooded with reports of Tom Bateman, Pallavi Sharda, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and other actors being a part of the series.

As per TellyChakkar's latest updates, a few more popular Indian actors have been roped in to play pivotal roles in the British series.

Tisca Chopra, who is currently winning hearts with her nuanced performances in the digital space, plays an integral part in the show.

Joining her are veteran actor Kabir Bedi and Anglo-Indian actor Denzil Smith.

57-year-old Denzil has been part of several critically acclaimed projects like The Lunchbox and P.O.W.- Bandi Yuddh Ke. Meanwhile, Bedi, 72, who is also half-British, has a prominent screen appearance in the prestigious project.

Apparently, the trio will play some of the residents of the titular mansion. The mystery that surrounds them during their stay forms the crux of the story.

Not much is disclosed about their characters.

We couldn't get an official comment from any of the above. However, our sources confirm their involvement in the project.

The six-part series based in 19th-century India, will air on UK channel ITV.

Beecham House is one of Gurinder’s passion projects and stars British actors like Jekyll & Hyde‘s Tom Bateman, Downton Abbey‘s Lesley Nicol, and Mr. Selfridge‘s Gregory Fitoussi.

The shooting will soon begin in Delhi and the Ealing Studios in this month.
