I thank Sangeet Natak Akademi Awardee for overall contribution in the field of art. Apart from dance, I have learnt discipline, spirituality, Sanskrit, moral values, and philosophies. I will forever be grateful for her teachings." This Teacher's Day, Suhani is performing with her Guruji. She adds, “I fell in love with Bharatanatyam the day I saw my Guruji dance. Dancing with her will and always be the greatest joy and privilege for me. But it also always makes me extremely nervous because her energy even at this age is unparalleled!"
"Like my Guruji always tells us, you may enjoy other forms of dance like shots, they give you an instant kick. But, Indian classical dance is like nectar, it takes years to find but its effect is eternal. Classical dance is the root of our culture, and if Indian culture is to sustain, so will dance. I feel proud to see how there still exists a generation of young dancers who are connected to their roots and tradition and senior artists who along with tradition have adapted to the contemporary era. But yes, our youth need to be more aware of our classical heritage."
Speaking on balancing dancing and acting in a daily soap, Suhani says, “I make it a point to maintain fitness and ensure rehearsing every single day for at least 30 minutes and for longer hours on other days. Whenever I do get an opportunity to perform, I try to adjust everything around to make it. I try to balance both."

Sony YAY! character KickO was seen felicitating Terence. KickO is a super kid from the show KickO and Super Speedo, both of them grooved together on the show's title track - Jeet Wala Geet.
Terence adds, "There are many times when we recognize only the people who are in front, but the people who are behind their success who might be a teacher or a mentor or a parent isn’t recognized and it's nice to sometimes felicitate them with awards or mementos. It's a very nice idea, simply because even behind me there are my teachers, I have learned a lot from them. It's very important to recognize these people, so I'm really very happy that Sony YAY! and KickO have done this. It's a very sweet initiative; people generally don't recognize people who are behind them, who put in efforts to make the person successful"
