Moon Banerrjee to play Ssharad Malhotra’s mother in Star Bharat’s Muskaan

MUMBAI: Talented actress Moon Banerrjee will soon be seen in a Star Bharat show.

Moon, who has been part of TV shows such as Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Sasural Genda Phool, and Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, has been roped in for Rashmi Sharma Telefilms’ Muskaan.

According to our sources, Moon has joined the cast to play the male lead Ssharad Malhotra’s mother.

When we contacted Moon, she shared, ‘Until now, I have played the female lead’s mother, but for the first time, I will be seen as the male protagonist’s mother. I can relate to the character as I have a son in real life too.’

Muskaan features Yesha Rughani opposite Ssharad Malhotra.
