MUMBAI: While at work, shooting on the sets, or spending time with your family on a weekend, the one thing that we all look forward to is the lunch break or the ‘happy tummy’ time. Like us, we are sure that actors too look forward to their lunchtime, where they share their dabba with their co-stars and enjoy joyful conversations while finishing their meal.

But hey! We all know how fitness conscious our television celebrities are. And obviously, they have to be, given that they are in an industry where fit is fabulous.

Besides their erratic schedules and taking time out to hit the gym, the one thing actors swear by is a strict diet plan...after-all, dropping those kilos is not easy and getting that hourglass figure can only be achieved with 70 percent of diet and 30 percent of gymming. We asked a few TV celebs what’s in their tiffin today.

Rubina Dilaik: Currently seen in Colors’ Shakti

I had cauliflower and potato vegetable with rotis, salad, and melon juice.

Kratika Sengar: Last seen in Colors’ Kasam

I had curd and quinoa salad. since it is so hot. Post that. I had green tea.

Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya: Currently seen in Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

My breakfast comprised of idli and chutney. I had some dal and vegetable and nachni roti for lunch. My evening snack is chilla. and for dinner, I plan to eat quinoa khichdi with vegetables. Interesting, isn’t it?

Sukirti Kandpal: Last seen in Zee TV’s Kaala Teeka

I ate aloo paratha for breakfast with a banana, and black dal and rice for lunch. For my evening snack, I prefer a cheese toast.

Whose dabba can you not resist munching on?
