MUMBAI: Actress Shweta Basu Prasad, who is popular for her role in Chandra Nandni, tied the knot with filmmaker Rohit Mittal on 13th December in Pune. The actress looked beautiful in red bridal attire. She opted for a Sabyasachi saree for her special day.
She looked beautiful in a red and gold Banarasi silk sari and white tiara. A day before their wedding, Rohit and Shweta celebrated their Mehendi ceremony with a pool party followed by an engagement at The Grand Hyatt, Pune.
Their wedding was a fusion between Bengali and Marwari traditions.
