R K Laxman Ki Duniya takes the case of chain snatching

R K Laxman's cartoon strips took a cue from the problems of the common man. And JD Majethia and Dharmesh Mehta's RK Laxman Ki Duniya on SAB TV which is based on the works of the award winning cartoonists, does just the same. It addresses the issues the common man faces in his daily life. And going ahead with its practice, the sitcom will soon feature the burning topic in the city of Mumbai of chain snatching. In the upcoming episodes, Priyamvada Vasavde (Shruti Rawat) will very soon become a victim of a chain snatching. Some miscreants will snatch her gold chain while Priyamvada would be walking on the streets. Krishnakant Vasavde (Deepak Ghirwale) and Bhavesh Vasavde (Atul Purchure) would file a case in the police station. Luckily, the police will be able to locate the robbers. And to the amazement of the audiences, the police will solve the case. And here’s the twist in the story, the chain would not be of gold but an artificial one. Incidentally, Priyamvada had been demanding a gold chain from her husband Piyush Vasavde (Krishna Bhardwaj). But since gold prices are sky high, he instead opts for an artificial chain, claiming it to be made of gold.
