Vishal Singh still owes it to Dekh Bhai Dekh

Vishal Singh is currently seen onscreen as Jeet Ahuja in DJ Creative Unit’s Parvarrish-Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi aired on Sony Entertainment. He plays Rupali Ganguly’s husband in this daily. But this is not the first time he has been romantically paired opposite her. In fact, they have worked together in Rajan Shahi’s Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin 12 years ago. “Rupali Ganguly and I used to wonder in our initial days if we will ever be able to work again in the future,” says Vishal. But fate got them together onscreen once again. “The only difference is that this time we play parents in the show,” laughs Vishal. And though he is currently enjoying himself in the Sony Entertainment’s daily, Vishal still reminisces about the sitcom that made him a household name. “Dekh Bhai Dekh remains a priceless memory for me,” says Vishal with a smile. “The show is always on my mind. Whenever I meet Shekhar Suman and Farida Jalal (his co-actors from DBD) we end up recalling special moments from the sets,” adds Vishal. According to Vishal, the show has been a stepping stone in his acting career. “It was like a school to me and Shekharji was my mentor. He taught me a lot of things about acting,” he ends. We can’t help but agree that Dekh Bhai Dekh will always remain etched in the minds of each and every television viewer!!!
