MUMBAI: It is Women’s Day, and while we all celebrate the spirit of womanhood, how can we miss saluting the woman who gave us our favourite television shows! We are talking about Ekta Kapoor, who gave us Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, and many super-hit ‘K’ serials.
Ekta redefined the special day by posting a photograph with her girl gang, namely Harleen Sethi, Charu Mehra, Anita Hassanandani, Kanchi Kaul, and others, and captioned it, ‘This is not a woman’s day post!! On a side note, following in the footsteps of younger brother Tusshar, Ekta recently welcomed a baby boy via surrogacy. She has named her Ravie, after her father Jeetendra, whose real name is Ravi Kapoor.
