MUMBAI: The episode begins with Dr. Ishani telling Dr. Siddhant to accept his mistake else she will complain about him. Suddenly, they get a patient who fled from home three months back and was rescued from a graveyard.
Dr. Ishani and Dr. Sid treat her. They don’t see signs of life in her. But the two try their save her. The patient starts screaming. Later in the day, Dr. Anjali questions her father, Dr. Shashank if he thinks her to be incapable of handling his position. Dr. Shashank tells her that it’s not a family business that only the heir has the authority to take over his position.
Dr. Anjali looks upset and blames him for killing their relationship. Dr. Shashank suffers a sudden headache and faints. He takes Juhi’s name and Anjali notices this. Dr. Juhi is shown to be working in a campsite. She gets a call from Anjali. Dr. Juhi learns that Dr. Shashank has brain tumour and she has been asked to perform the surgery. She recalls how she got ousted from Sanjivani earlier. Montage of the previous season is shown. She doesn’t respond and Dr. Anjali throws the phone in anger. Dr. Shashank tells her to calm down.
Dr. Rishabh Vaidya attends the resident doctors and tells Dr. Ishani to get s a few folders from the archives. He doubts her after reading out her name loud – Dr. Ishani Arora. Dr. Ishani, too, looks disturbed and feels relieved when Dr. Rishabh lets her go.
Vardhaan meets Dr. Ishani in the library and asks her if she belongs to the famous family of the Aroras. Later, Ishani is shocked to see a magazine with the title – Doctor or devil? Ishani decides to break all ties from her family and not to live up to their name. She tells herself that she is different from her parents. Dr. Asha comes and informs Dr. Ishani that her senior doctor has summoned her to the OT. Dr. Ishani comes and complains about a corrupt doctor to the senior. It is revealed that her senior doctor is none other than Dr. Siddhant.
