Mika's antics continue, this time on Music ka Maha Muqqabla

He is more popular for his antics. Remember the lip lock with Rakhi Sawant? And now, Mika Singh displayed some more of his crazy side on Star Plus’ Music ka Maha Muqqabla. According to sources, the singer threatened to withdraw from the show but the production house managed to convince him to stay put. But then he had a selfish reason to quit. Mika wanted to pull off as he felt the danger of losing badly. Our source informs, “Well, it doesn’t come as a surprise as Mika has been the enfant terrible on the sets of MMM. He decided to quit the show as he felt he will lose miserably in the forthcoming matches after having lost the earlier two. Mika went up to the production guys and informed them of his decision citing his fear as the reason. They then explained to him his demand was unreasonable and he couldn’t quit on such grounds. He later said he returned only the sake of his team mates. Earlier too during a performance, when Mika felt he had gone out of tune he started sobbing on the show. Later he announced he remembered his lost love every time he sang that song. He smartly made it up for his poor performance and this time again Mika did what he is best at, covering up for bad performance.” The source further adds, “Mohit is going to have a tough time ahead as the ace performer of his team, Ameya Daate has quit the show and no amount of convincing has been able to make him change his decision. Mohit will have to convince him hard to return. To the uninitiated, the captain is already short of one member as his team mate Nikita too had backed out on medical grounds.” This weekend, Himesh’s Warriors will be pitched against Shreya’s Superstars. Star Plus will air the muqqabla this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm.
