MUMBAI: From the very beginning &TV’s most popular and highly viewed show Happu Ki Ultan Paltan has struck the right chord with the viewers with its unusual, comical and romantic plots. The show provides the perfect does of entertainment and makes the viewers wanting more, episode after episode. The hilarious and engaging plot twists with a mandatory elements of surprise has always been the show’s highlight besides hitting the stereotypes hard. Portraying raw and relatable relationships between the characters of the show, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan manages to bring out the fun element.
In the upcoming episodes, the show will witness Happu (Yogesh Tripathi) being suspended from his duties for a week as a result of Amma (Himani Shivpuri) and Rajesh’s (Kamna Pathak) master plan of pursuing the Commissioner so that he could get some time off his busy schedule and spend quality time with them. But like every Indian middle-aged family man, too invested in his work, Happu finds himself with no clue of what to do at home. He could only romance Rajesh or participate in the games with the kids in his free time. Distressed, even Rajesh, Amma and the kids grew out of it and dreaded his presence at home and tried to revoke their deeds, but due to surprising turn of events, the Commissioner, who had come to revoke the suspension, overhears Happu badmouthing about him.
Talking about this exciting turn of events, Yogesh Tripathi shared, “Being associated with a show like this is too overwhelming for so many reasons. Happu is a character that has so many layers to him while trying to keep things real and relatable for the viewers. Plot twists and comical entities like this is a regular thing in the show, and I feel that’s what keeps it interesting. All this while, in the show, we all saw how it was so difficult for Happu to strike a work life balance. Now the upcoming episodes show what happens when he is off work, and does actually spend time with his folks, which is a complete unfamiliar territory for him, because he never mingles in all of that, and now everybody feels annoyed with him when he does. It’s definitely going to be an exciting watch.”
