MUMBAI: The episode begins with Kairav celebrating his first Teej while Kartik and Naira pray for his speedy recovery. Later, Vedika is shocked to spot Kartik's name on Naira's palm. Vedika wondered why Naira wasn’t eating the Prasad and feared her to keep a fast. Here, Kartik wanted to know whether or not Naira had kept the fast, but gets heartbroken to see food in her hand. Naira was feeding Kairav and Vansh, but unaware of the truth, Kartik thinks that it was Naira who was eating the food.

Later, Vedika falls unconscious. Naira calls everyone and tells them that Vedika had fallen unconscious. The doctor comes and examines her. The doctor tells Kartik that Vedika was absolutely okay but needed to take care of herself. Seeing Suhasini force her to eat, Vedika gets panicked and asks her to tell her the truth. Gayu tells Vedika that since the salt level in her body was low, she should keep the fast. Vedika feels heartbroken and half-heartedly she eats the food.

Here, Lisa thanked Naksh for taking care of her. Just then, Lisa gets a message from Naira, who tells Lisa that the moment Akhil will be back, they will get to know about the person who was using the sim. Lisa was unaware that Akhil had lied to her about his identity and that his original name was Akhil. Elsewhere, Kartik learns that Naira did not eat anything and that the food was for the kids. He demanded to know why had Naira not eaten the food, but Naira avoids to answer.
