MUMBAI: The ongoing track of Kasauti Zindagi Kay is high on drama. Anurag has met with an accident. Mr. Bajaj is responsible for the accident, and Anurag's state is critical.
In the upcoming episode, Bajaj explains to Prerna the circumstances that led to the accident, and Prerna understands Bajaj and supports him. Shivani asks Prerna to return to Anurag if she wants to see him alive.
Prerna is in a dilemma but eventually goes back to Anurag. She explains the reason to Bajaj.
It will be interesting to see whether Prerna will be able to save Anurag.
