MUMBAI: Milap Zaveri’s Marjaavaan is all set to hit the screens next week. . His last film, Satyameva Jayate was a hit, so much so that a second part will also be out next year. While promoting Marjaavaan, he addressed his issue with the critics and said that he felt that Kabir Singh was targeted unfairly.
While talking to a leading entertainment portal the director said that he has no bad feelings for any critic, but when he was asked about the movie Kabir Singh and the criticism that it received to which Milap said that he agrees to what Milap said that it was unfairly targeted. He said that he feels Kabir Singh is the present generation’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge when it comes to portraying relationships.
Milap then went on to say that he feels critics are harsh while judging Bollywood but when the same thing is done in the English language, they applaud it and one should not completely believe what the critic say.
