MUMBAI: The episode sees how Varsha calls Kuhu and asks her why didn’t she inform them that Abir is getting married. Kuhu acts oblivious to this but Varsha tells her that she saw it on the board behind her when she posted a selfie. Kuhu turns around to see that the board said ‘Abir weds Neha’ instead of ‘Kabir weds Neha’. She realises that she made a really big mistake and tells her family about it. Meanwhile, Neha gets nervous and Abir makes her realise how lucky she is. He tells her that not everyone gets to marry the person they love. He remembers Mishti as he talks to Neha. Later, everyone gets stressed as they see Kabir and Neha arriving. The entire family stands like a wall and blocks their view of the stage so that they don’t notice the mistake. But in the meantime, Kunal calls out to them from the stage and they all turn around to see that Kunal had fixed the board with the correct name. Kunal whispers to Kuhu ‘you’re welcome’ as he just saved her first event from being a disaster. Later, Abir and the entire family dance for Kabir and Neha. But later, Abir feels a kind of emptiness within him as he misses Mishti. Parul notices Abir’s sadness as he leaves.
At night, Parul goes outside and cries for Abir. She wishes that she shouldn’t have ever come to Rajkot. Meenakshi arrives there and tells her that whatever she did was right. Parul tries to make her understand that Abir is feeling suffocated and not truly living his life because of her threat. Meenakshi insults Parul and says that if Yashpal would’ve stopped her from marrying Mehul, she wouldn’t be standing in front of her justifying her ways to protect her son. Meanwhile, Abir makes a painting. Yashpal sees him and asks him if he’s okay. Abir wears his glares and changes his mood quickly so that Yashpal won’t notice that he’s sad. He assures Yashpal that he’s happy and says that he made the painting for him. Later, Kunal goes to his room as Kuhu makes her bed. He talks to her but she doesn’t listen to him. He later realises that she had earphones on when she turned around. Kunal tells her that there was no need for his family to spend time at her event but they did so out of the love for her. He wanted Kuhu to thank him for his and his family’s support. Kuhu hands him a letter.
Kunal reads the letter that Kuhu wrote to thank him. She tells him that she just needed support for her first event. After she gets her payment, she will appoint a team and not bother his family or him. She goes to sleep after saying this. Kunal opens the wardrobe to change his clothes and sees the calendar with the days marked on it. He remembers that Kuhu had signed the divorce papers and submitted them to the lawyer. Since the court asks them to stay together for three more months, she had mentioned it to him that he will just have to put up with her for three more months after which they can reveal everything to their families. Kunal looks over at Kuhu and realises how much she has changed in these months. Next morning, Kuhu discusses with everyone her idea for the wedding mandaps decoration and arrangements. Everyone keenly helps her while Kunal arrives and sits on the dining table by himself. Nobody pays attention to him as they get engrossed in Kuhu’s presentation. Parul tells her that it feels like she is missing something. Kunal promptly defends Kuhu and everyone teases him for immediately speaking up to support Kuhu. Kuhu decides to make Abir write a special Shabir for the bride and groom. Kunal tells everyone that, they must’ve not noticed but Abir has stopped writing shayri. Meanwhile, Abir sees the same bus he first met Mishti on and decides to board it. But the conductor doesn’t let him climb on the roof as he had to unload luggage. Coincidentally, Mishti had boarded the same bus and was on the roof. Soon, she comes down and Abir walks away. Both feel something strange within them as they stand looking in the opposite directions. They both turn around at the same time.
