Sony's new show Comedy Circus- Maha Sangram which goes on air on Saturday is completely different from the rest of its seasons. For the first time it will have public voting for the first four crucial weeks.
After every episode, voting lines will be open for the next whole day and viewers will be able to vote for their favourite pairs. The next week will see the elimination followed by the performances. This is totally different from other shows where elimination will be shown before the performances. The first episode of Comedy Circus- Maha Sangram will see free style performances by the participants and the voting lines will be open till February 7, 12 pm.
A source informs "This time the show will follow a new format. There will be public voting for four weeks and one elimination every week at the start of the show. It's sad that the actors who will be eliminated will have to prepare an act, get ready, and rehearse but after elimination they will not get a chance to perform."
The first episode will see Krushna Abhishek-Sudesh Lahiri, VIP-Swapnil Joshi and Bharti Singh- Paresh Ganatra- Sharad Kelkar getting highest marks and standing ovation while the other pairs could not manage to please the judges.
The show will see Krushna-Sudesh, Rajeev Nigam-Rajesh Kumar, Karishma Tanna - Khayali, VIP-Swapnil, Rajeev Thakur- Rashmi Desai-Saloni Daini, Sharad-Bharti-Paresh as participants and Shekhar Suman, Archana Puran Singh and Rohit Shetty will be the judges of the show.
