Deepshikha's Kashmakash Zindagi Ki!

The Parveen Babi of our industry, Deepshikha, whose last TV appearance was in Fear Factor, is busy shooting for new show, Kashmakash Zindagi Ki for Doordarshan. Produced by Reasonable Advertising and directed by Rajesh Gupta, this afternoon daily will go on air from 20 November. Besides Deepshikha playing the protagonist, the show boasts of actors like Anant Desai, Amit Behl and Kishwar. Here's a conversation with the leading lady Deepshikha. "I play Aradhana the adopted child of the family, who is intelligent, soft spoken and sweet. It was her father (Anant Desai) who brought her home but her mother doesn't like her. I also have a sister in my new family who loves me tremendously but it's the mother who tries to create a rift between us. By my doting father always takes my side, " says Deepshikha, who is currently down with a throat infection (she's allergic to smoke) resulting in an ear pain. Thus she has been adviced bed rest for two days. Deepshikha has recently returned from Bangkok where she'd gone to shoot for Sohail Khan's film, Partner. Also the actor is very excited about the stupendous success of her Marathi film Mulyanchi Renuka for which she has received rave reviews. As of now the actor is wishing for a speedy recovery and addition of new projects to her kitty!
