There is already a lot of buzz in the media about Shakuntalam Telefilms’ upcoming yet to be titled show on MTV. Now, here we bring some exclusive dope from this show which will be a weekly and deals with the journey of aspiring actors. The production house has been roping in fresh faces for the project and the latest name on which they have zeroed in is Kiran Thapar.
Kiran is a model and has also acted in a horror movie titled ‘S’ which releases last year (2011). She has been signed as the female lead. Other names apart from Kiran in the show are Rohit Sharma and Gurpreet Saini.

If sources are to be believed then the cast has already shot for the pilot episode and the show will hit the screens in the coming months.
We tried contacting Kiran, but she remained unavailable. We also sent a text message to Shyamasis Bhattacharya (producer of Shakuntalam) but we received no response till the time of filing this article.
