The Gujarati family saga on Sony is soon to conclude. Thodi Khushi Thodi Gham has successfully completed a two year run and now it will soon bring the curtains down. The show is soon to go off air in true Bollywood style with a happy ending.
“Yes, the show is coming to an end and we are busy packing up for the last twenty days shoot. This show was inspired from a Guajarati play and I think it’s the best time to roll off from television,” says Jayant, the director of the show.
The joint family drama with its twist and turns had ruled the hearts of many. The current track focuses on Sneha (Deepa Parab) and Pranav (Amit Jain). In the coming episodes you’ll see that Mansukh Lal Shah’s family will leave him alone and go.
Deepa Parab the leading lady says, “Mansukh Lal Shah forces us all to leave so that all his sons can become independent. As the story moves
ahead he falls sick and we are all called back to the house. Towards the end Pranav and me enter with our child. Now we are a complete family and there is a happy ending to the story.”
“I’ve enjoyed my self during the shoot and I know I’ll miss all those moments with my co-stars. Mr. Jayant is a great director and I’m looking forward to work with him in future too. For me Thodi Khushi… was family and now we are busy wrapping it up,” says Amit Jain.
Meanwhile Shobhana Desai’s new ventures are soon to go on floors on a new channel. Well, the show must go on!
