The whole of the Bollywood industry is eagerly awaiting the release of Akshay Kumar’s new flick Rowdy Rathore, in which the Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi returns to the genre of action after seven long years.
And what’s more? The television industry too waits with bathed breath to have Akshay Kumar in their popular shows, as part of the movie’s promotional activity.
And true to his character, Akshay will be seen in Sony Entertainment Television’s popular weekend show CID, produced by Fireworks Productions. We hear that Akshay is shooting today at the Raghuleela Mall in Khandivali.
Tellychakkar.com found out that Akshay will be introduced in the opening scene of the episode wherein he saves a little kid, who is very important for the CID team’s investigation.
We contacted Christabelle Dsouza, Creative Head of CID and she confirmed the news stating, “Yes, Akshay Kumar will be shooting with us today at the Raghuleela Mall.”
Daya Shetty shared with us, “Yes, we are looking forward to shooting with Akshay. I do not know the details of the shoot though.”
