Did you know about Babita’s rakhi-brother in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah?

MUMBAI: Television’s longest running show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (SAB TV and Neela Telefilms) has been winning hearts and charts for many years now.

Its rib-tickling comical episodes that also convey a good message for the society have set an example on Indian television. Along with a great storyline, the show is known for its unique characterization.

Lots of actors have featured in Taarak Mehta to play a cameo appearance. However, did you know about Babita’s (Munmun Dutta) rakhi brother was once shown in the show.

Actor Deepjyoti Das, who has featured in movies like Mumbai Meri Jaan, Not Today, played the role of Saptrangi, the rakhi brother of Babita. He played an interior designer who helped Gokuldham society members in giving the makeover to the society.
