MUMBAI: The world has come to a standstill in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. However, this has not affected TellyChakkar’s efficiency of providing exclusive updates from the showbiz.
Post the success of Kavita Bhabhi 2, Riti Riwaj’s latest story Love Festival, SmartPhone and Size Matters 2, the OTT platform is gearing up for yet another interesting project titled Ishq Kills.
Ishq Kills will be an intriguing story about love, betrayal, murder and honour killing.
According to our sources, actor Tarun Khanna and Usha Bachani will be a part of the project and will play prominent roles. Tarun will be seen playing the role of Vikram Thakur, who is a patriarchal landlord while Usha will make her digital debut with the project and will be playing the role of a docile thakurain in the series.
When contacted, Tarun said, “I am playing a male chauvinist kind of a person, who feels family honour means everything. He has double standards and set different rules for men and women. I wanted a change from the regular roles that I have been doing on television. That's why I took up this role. It's different from what I have been doing."
