MUMBAI: As per a report in Danik Bhaskar, Bigg Boss 13’s contestant Shehnaaz Gill’s father Santokh Singh has been booked by Punjab Police following the rape charges. It is said that Shehnaaz’s father has allegedly raped the victim in his car at gunpoint. This news itself has shocked the nation.
And now, an old video which is doing the rounds of social media, Shehnaaz and brother Shehbaaz Gill were are seen talking about their father’s nature and called him a ‘maha tharki’.
A video from Bigg Boss 13’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, a clip is currently going viral after the news alleged rape news broke in the media. In the video, Salman Khan who was the host of the show was seen asking about Shehnaaz’s father, to which Rashami Desai revealed an incident when Shehnaaz’s father came in the house during the family week of Bigg Boss. In the video, Rashami is heard saying to Salman that Gill was telling her father ‘Chhedi Chhedi Jao.’

However, when Desai said that their father looks very handsome, Shehbaaz interrupted her and said that don’t say like this and said, ‘Oye, aisa na bol, bohot tharki hai woh.’ Hearing this, including Salman, everyone broke into laughter. This is not the first time where Santokh Singh is been called a 'tharki,' Shehnaaz has called him one when Desai, Sidharth Shukla and Sana were talking about her father, the Punjabi star also called the same for her father.

While both said this in a fun way, but after the rape news came into light, the video is going viral on social media. Meanwhile, reportedly, the incident happened on May 14, but the police registered a case on Tuesday after the victim filed a complaint. The accused is absconding.
