Dilip Joshi who plays the role of Jethala Champaklal Gada has turned a year older today. The actor has turned 52 and we are sure he must be showered with lots of love and best wishes.

We all know Dilip has well-played his role Jethalal who is a dutiful father, son and a husband. However, we have always seen how his son Tapu hives him a hard time and gets him furious. Though Jethalal is shown as a loving father but he is equally strict when it comes to discipline.
When Dilip was asked if he is a strict father in real life as well, the actor spoke in length about it.
Dilip who has a son and a daughter said that he is more of a friend than a father and never been a strict father. However, the actor reveals that he has inculcated some values and discipline in his kids which he expects them to follow.
Lastly, the actor said that he is quite a cool father.
